- closed the experimenters of FIRST, the past two weeks sabbatical-transient, very short-kilometer grind starts again in a structured way, having already established my dressing table, built on the lines of that of the Albanians, but "strongly Fattizzo" .
In short and sum up:
- I get to spend at least 4 days per week for running
- I hang onto the positive experience of rowing (there little to say, I like, I enjoy it and feel the beneficial effects)
- with a whole day to devote to strengthening
- mindful of the trouble caused in Carpi safeguard the daily use of post-workout stretching and warming up before exercise.
In practice a week of twelve days I should be riding.
