Why name the table? Mercoledì : Ancora sotto il diluvio , 3x3000 recupero 1000. Credo sia il mio esordio con questo tipo di ripetute, che ho trovato davvero impegnative. Buona la prima, poi purtroppo il ritmo è viavia calato, con contestuale aumento della FC media. Davvero massacranti. Qui si può solo migliorare, anche perchè fare peggio è davvero difficile
Giovedì : Potenziamento (questa parte per ora l’ho fatta con le classiche flessioni, situps, core training e compagnia, ma sarà rivista in un prossimo futuro grazie ai preziosi consigli del Califfo )
Venerdì : Il programma recitava 15k for a Progressive, but the head has gone haywire with one of my infamous "headaches to Fat" similar to that which preceded my departure from Carpi (that morning I was not even able to drive Domai and with a cocktail of pills that would cut off a horse). Today I avoid (I already take for my other health problems other junk medicines), but are unable to run. The night I save in the corner, shooting at full throttle and 1200 strokes silencing the conscience
