As Uncle Scrooge plunged into the icy waters of the Yukon River, the sieve residue of the limestone riverbed, filtering what is good and constructive from my "blow carpense" .
The first good news is the exclusion of any type of complication of hip bone: medical advice and common sense would suggest caution in order to rest and recover fully from what is nothing more than a muscle strain.
The second good news is that my wrist (microfracture entirely neglected, good mona! ) is in the process of complete healing: here, we suggest resting precaution.
Accordingly, being totally devoid of common sense , I'm going to run a marathon in Venice, do two marathons in two weeks for someone like me was already fucked up before, given the circumstances described above is even more but ...

One goal: to reach the finish in Carpi that smile that I could not do, regardless of the time it takes to get to the Riva Sette Martiri.
"The question was how to deal with the experience of failure. The defeat in itself is not very important. The crucial point is that that occurs immediately after the impact within, the challenge themselves, even despair. It begins again, and then has the ability to know your limits and grow thanks to your doubts. The interior has changed my attitude especially from failures. This did not make me more gentle, only tougher. The failure in fact clearly shows us our limits. Because of this failure is a more strong success. Get to the top just means I've made it, nothing more, and so the goal is lost. With the failure but the goal remains. " (Reinhold Messner - My life on the edge)
